Fruit Juices are the way to go

Bought a juicer a few days ago. Let me tell you, its awesome. You can juice anything you want within reason. I don't recomend bananas, or anything that has the same consistancy. Remember juice not Smoothie.
So there we were browsing the google and we found a site with a bunch or recipes that sound good. Nw not only are there good recipes but it also states by combining certain fruits/veggies your helping different areas of your body. for example 4 kiwi and 2 apples helps fight off the flu and cold. 2 apples and 2 pears are a great laxative. This one herewhich we tried yesterday is for your immune system. 1 beet with stem,1 stick of celery, hand full of parsley, 2 apples, 3 carrots. Sounds awww right? But it wasn't really that bad. plus you need to remember what its good for right? So add and extra apple I say it won't do no harm. Oh and pineapples are awesome.mmmmmm
so drink to your health.

Abruzzo region wine

Abruzzo is a region of Italy. I have now tried 2 wines from  that region and let me tell you I won't be buying anymore.

From the fruit stand

Wondering what to eat? How about a fruit? Now when you go to your local grocer pick up a persimmon. A small fruit sort of flat looks like a tomato. orange in color with a dried leaf on top. You can eat it while its hard like a pear or you can let it sit until its very soft or just soft to the finger tips. The softer it gets the sweeter and juicier it gets. mmmmm. Good eating

A nice brew

Now to say that I have had a few beers in my days is an understatement. I have tried a ton of imported beers. The best one hands down that I now drink regularly is Peroni Nastro Azzurro. A refreshing beer from Italy. I mean so refreshing crisp and light it just goes down smooth. Great flavour I am so glad this beer was brought over the ocean and to my local liquor store. To me its worth the $2.06 /bottle. I pay for great beer I don't pay for cheap generic crap that is just tossed in a bottle for the masses to gulp down and chant chug chug...

For starters

A nice bottle of wine is hard to figure out. the visit to the liquor store can be overwhelming. I mean you can easily spend 20 minutes wandering each countries aisle wondering if this wine will be good for dinner tonight. You read labels but some don't really help you. Words like fruity are good. Words like full bodied are well it depends if you enjoy your wine to have a slight burning in the back of your throat while you eat. From my many experiences with a lot of wines, through trial and error. I have found that Canadian wines are very nice. Australian sort of lean towards powerful flavours, same as African wines. American tends to lean the same direction as Canadian. Certain Italian wines such as dry reds are smooth. By far to date the best brand I have had it proprietors reserve. Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, white zinfandel, Cabernet Merlot.Smooth great flavour and goes with a good amount of foods. I am sure that there are other great wines out there but I believe I have found mine.
